Ready for some ~*!INTENSE!*~ weight loss baby!

This is what I have been up to…..

I started taking two green tea pills every morning which helps me get pumped to work out, did I mention I despise working out! I wait about a half hour after eating with my pills,drink a glass of water and stretch. I have been doing some awesome butt kicking cardio for about 30 minutes and then cool down with Shimmy “belly dancing” it makes me feel sexy and helps me with coordination and stability. I can finally fling myself up against the wall and do a hand stand again! woo hoo for me! I plan on working at it 6 days a week,taking off sunday for rest. I should prolly tell you I stopped having “free day” where I eat what I want on date night (friday) only b/c I tend to over indulge in chocolate,ice cream or pasta. So I eat smal portions of what I want during the week. I ask myself before I eat…Is this good for my body? will it make me feel good?IS is a live food? Will it help me lose weight or gain? I have to tell you it hasnt been easy but It’s better than starving myself with pro ana tips. I would become very irritable and bitchy towards my husband and didnt feel good about myself. So please stick to getting your heart rate up with cardio or something FUN! Watch what you eat, good vs not so good foods and remember you can do it! Much love and blessings~Amanda

Another day of exercise….sort of :(

So today I woke up,did my devotions and decided to work out. Last week I managed to roll my ankle twice and thought…. oh I will be fine. Well my knee has been hurting ever since and oddly not my ankle . I tried to exercise throughout this week but lifting my knee is ridiculously painful!!! So please just pray for me. I made a doctors appointment and am hoping to get back on track with dancing :(

What to do???

So I was SUPER excited about losing weight ya know…..but then today I just had to weigh myself after I ate and it read 2 more lbs than it did last week. Can food weigh that much? I mean it sound ridiculous but  if thats the case I mine as well weigh 120 so if I eat and weigh 125 I wont get down about it. Has anyone else been in my situation? I think I am going to go exercise :) I mean I could go sit on the couch,watch the movie I rented and eat the chocolate chip cookies I just made but instead I will eat one cookie and do something active! If anyone has any words of encouragement or tips it would be appreciated :) Much love and blessings your bubbly buddy Amanda ;)

Still at it,losing weight…..

So I am still getting up every moring watching my recorded Shimmy “belly dancing” and then then trying to sweat it out with a lil dance cardio. Salads and fruit,along with mixed nuts are what i eat in the day and at night I eat what I want as long as its pretty healthy and in small portions. Use a smaller plate it helps! An drink lots of water….which I cant stand drinking it(rather have juice). Well I lost 2 lbs……better than nothing!

So for the past 3 days or so my husband and been motivating me every morning after our devotions to work out with him. I cant stand just plain exercise (BORING) so I do shimmy which is belly dancing on the FIT network. Its been helping me feel more confident and with eating less and more LIVE things(fruits and veggies) not alive animals LOL… along with whole grain fiber my shorts are starting to fit better. I guess what frustrates me the most is waiting to see results but I know 30 minutes of doing something fun like dancing will make a big difference!
