Ready for some ~*!INTENSE!*~ weight loss baby!
This is what I have been up to…..
I started taking two green tea pills every morning which helps me get pumped to work out, did I mention I despise working out! I wait about a half hour after eating with my pills,drink a glass of water and stretch. I have been doing some awesome butt kicking cardio for about 30 minutes and then cool down with Shimmy “belly dancing” it makes me feel sexy and helps me with coordination and stability. I can finally fling myself up against the wall and do a hand stand again! woo hoo for me! I plan on working at it 6 days a week,taking off sunday for rest. I should prolly tell you I stopped having “free day” where I eat what I want on date night (friday) only b/c I tend to over indulge in chocolate,ice cream or pasta. So I eat smal portions of what I want during the week. I ask myself before I eat…Is this good for my body? will it make me feel good?IS is a live food? Will it help me lose weight or gain? I have to tell you it hasnt been easy but It’s better than starving myself with pro ana tips. I would become very irritable and bitchy towards my husband and didnt feel good about myself. So please stick to getting your heart rate up with cardio or something FUN! Watch what you eat, good vs not so good foods and remember you can do it! Much love and blessings~Amanda
